Egypt and Mesopotamia were the first two ancient civilizations that started organized production of jewelry.
In many cultures jewelry was and sometimes still is supposed to ward off evil. So better stay well equipped for the next dinner with your moody mother-in-law!
But no matter if want to ward off evil, simply love jewelry or love someone, who loves jewelry, we‘re here for you.
Did you know, that women’s necklaces are also classified by length? From a “choker” (basically a collar), a “princess” and a “matinee” necklace, up to the “opera” necklace which is 75 to 90 cm (30 to 35 in) long and sits at the breastbone and the longest variants, the “rope” and the “lariat” necklace, which is often worn draped multiple times around the neck.
You know which one we like the best? YOUR necklace!
In ancient Assyria, men and women wore absolutely huge amounts of jewelry, including amulets, ankle bracelets and massive multi-strand necklaces.
We don‘t know if you’re following the “less is more” or fancy the “more is more” style, but a cute bracelet is always a good idea, no matter if you want to wear it on your arm or your ankle.
Pendant describes in French something „hanging“, from the Latin origin (pendere). In German a „Pendant“ is a „counterpart“, an „equivalent“, that fits perfectly to something existing.
This already explains best, what mything offers. An equivalent, nice object, that fits nicely to something existing, like a beautiful necklace or bracelet.
For centuries rings have always meant much more than beautiful accessories. Traditionally, wearing a ring shows being part of a group or other person and represents a bond.
The most common type of union ring is the wedding ring, followed by engagement rings. But there are also other types of rings, that have become popular in recent decades, including friendship rings.
So it does not matter if sweetheart, best friend or a sibling. If you like someone, show it!
Allegedly, more than 50,000 people in the US hurt themselves with their own jewelry. Maybe they all tried to carry the largest ring in the world with a diameter of 220 cm and a weight of 64 kilograms?
Well, anyway, we probably will not find out the truth now, but we know one thing for sure ... our jewelry is very light in most cases. The only heavy part is deciding which piece of jewelry is your favorite.

Our personalities aren’t fixed, we’re changing all the time, and that’s a good thing. Your surroundings should reflect that.
No need now to get rid off your favorite lounge chair or the plants you’ve cherished all the years. But rearranging and redecorating a home is a good thing as change is quite stimulating for your mind.
Keeping your home neat is a good thing because it features your interior and rooms feel bigger and don’t look cluttered.
If everything has its place, you’re not wasting your time on searching for stuff and everyone will find what they need.
But it doesn’t always have to be a huge cupboard or a chest of drawers, there are plenty of "little helpers" to help you keeping your home organized.
With decoration, you can express your personal style and turn your apartment or house into a home that you not only like, but where you feel comfortable.
You will find a lot of decoration objects here, but above that you can even personalize some of them with a name, a message or an image.

There are various ways to turn your living space into your home, where you feel happy and safe.
Of course, in the first place it's the people who make your house to a home, but also the interior design and the little things in it make it your perfect hideaway.

The efforts of teams often produce far greater results than individual efforts. However, groups can also encounter difficulties, so constantly improving teamwork is key and can be achieved in several ways.
Recognition programs, social activities, defining clear roles and similar measures help.
Or you show your colleagues now and then, that you like them, by getting them something personalized for the office.
Offices in classical antiquity were often part of a palace complex or a large temple. There was usually a room where scrolls were kept and scribes did their work.
Nowadays, offices may not be quite as sumptuous and often the space is limited. Good organization is half the battle and here you can find some handy helpers who make sure everything is in place.
Since we spend more waking hours at work than we do at home, it's natural to want to decorate our office or cube spaces, creating a home away from home.
Studies say, that people who decorate their offices often have higher levels of job satisfaction and psychological well-being, leading to higher levels of employee morale and lower turnover.
